What we deliver

A programme built for your academic needs.

STEP Plus

Assessment and certification

A CEFR-aligned assessment of listening, speaking, reading and writing that places every student on the A1–C2 scale. Each student gets a skill-by-skill result and a certificate; you get the cohort picture behind it. Runs standalone when you need measurement rather than training.

STEP Train

Online training

A baseline assessment groups students by CEFR level, then online training runs at each group's level rather than the year's average. A post-assessment at the end measures the same skills the baseline did, so the movement is comparable.

STEP Train In-Class

Blended classroom and online

Scheduled contact hours with an instructor on campus, paired with the same level-based online pathway students work through between sessions. The classroom carries the cohort's curriculum while the online layer works on each student's own gaps, closing with the same post-assessment.

Admin Dashboard

Progress and outcome reporting

Student-level and cohort-level reports written for two different readers: academic teams tracking who has moved and who needs support, and placement teams needing evidence of communication readiness before recruiters arrive.
