Build the English you use every day.

Everyday English is organised into 12 goal-focused modules. Each module brings together four topics, usually covered over four coach calls. You can complete all twelve, while your coach recommends where to begin and adjusts the sequence around your current English and priorities. Everyday English includes at least four coach calls a month. You can book more calls at no extra cost, based on your availability and coach availability.

You and your coach discuss where you use English, what feels difficult and what you want to do more confidently. Your coach then recommends where to begin and how to sequence the modules.

How is my programme personalised?

In your first coach call, you discuss where you use English, what feels difficult and what you want to do more confidently. Your coach then recommends where to begin and how to sequence the 12 goal-focused modules.

Do I have to follow the modules in numerical order?

No. The modules form one complete programme, but your coach can change the sequence to match your current English and priorities.

Can I complete all 12 modules?

Yes. You can work through all twelve for as long as your subscription continues. Your pace will depend on the calls you book, your attendance and the practice you complete between calls.

How long does a module take?

Each module contains four focus topics that are usually covered over four coach calls. The exact pace can vary depending on your needs and progress.

How many coach calls can I book?

Everyday English includes at least four 30-minute coach calls each month. You can book more calls at no extra cost, based on your availability and coach availability.

Will I always work with the same coach?

STEP aims for continuity where possible, but cannot promise the same coach for every call. If your usual coach is unavailable, STEP may assign another suitable coach.

What do I do between coach calls?

Your subscription includes app and web lessons and practice selected for your level, goals and progress.

How does the subscription work?

Everyday English costs ₹1,999 per month and renews monthly until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is certification included?

No. Certification is a separate STEP product and is not included with Everyday English.
