THG PPL reserves the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all channels, or service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice. You will be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.

When you register, you are registering as a personal user of steptest.in or its allied sites. Access to registration areas is via your email address and password. THG PPL allows you to access the registration areas of the site on the basis that:

• your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access steptest.in . We assume that by signing up you are above 18 years of age and if you are not, the consequences resulted will solely be borne by the minor/the guardian of the minor.
• you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration area of steptest.in
• you do not maliciously create additional registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor do you seek to pass yourself off as another user.
• you comply with these terms and conditions.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to this or any other THG PPL websites and properties without giving you any advance notice.

THG PPL reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site upon reasonable prior notice. Such subscription may also be charged on auto-renewal upon user selection.

You agree to pay the fees for the plans and products you subscribe to or purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as direct debit, UPI or mobile wallet) for those fees, including on a recurring basis for subscription plans, under the payment mandate you authorize at checkout. THG PPL works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure.

When you subscribe or make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the plan or product concerned, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within fourteen (14) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any plan or course for which we have not received adequate payments.

If a recurring subscription payment fails, we may attempt to collect it again and will notify you. We may suspend access to the plan until payment succeeds. A billing period during which access has been suspended for non-payment is not treated as a delivered billing period for the purposes of clause 6.

STEP coaching plans are monthly subscriptions. Refunds are assessed per monthly billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for part of a billing period.

Introductory week. Where a plan is started with a paid introductory week, the introductory-week fee is not refundable. The introductory week gives you full access for its duration, and it is priced as a low-cost way to try the plan before the monthly subscription begins.

First monthly charge. If the plan is not what you were expecting, you can request a refund of your first monthly subscription charge within 14 days of that charge, provided you have taken no more than two coach calls in that billing period. If you have taken three or more coach calls, the billing period is treated as delivered and no refund is due. No credit or refund is due if you request it after the 14-day period has passed.

Later billing periods. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period, and monthly charges after the first are not refundable except where the paragraph below applies.

Where we have not delivered. If we are unable to provide the service you have paid for — for example coach calls that cannot be scheduled within the billing period for reasons attributable to us, or a sustained platform failure — you may request a refund for that billing period regardless of the periods above, and regardless of the number of calls taken.

Refund requests should be made to info@steptest.in or on WhatsApp at +91 75500 87913 from your registered number. Your refund may be impacted by the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased (website or mobile app), and statutory fees and taxes. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of THG PPL, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws. The copyright of content provided by content partners belongs to the content partners and has curated for use on this website. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If THG PPL wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated from such date. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on steptest.in immediately.

You may not (whether directly or through the use of any software program) create a database in electronic or structured manual form by regularly or systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this site. No part of the Site may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other web site, nor may any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without prior written permission.

Third Party Material You may see material submitted by third parties on steptest.in. Individual advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertising material which they submit to us, including ensuring that it complies with relevant legislation. We accept no responsibility for the content any third party material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.

You agree to not use the service to:

Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Harm minors in any way.

Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an THG PPL’s official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the service.

Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (“Rights”) of any party. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or un-authorised advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.

Although THG PPL will do its best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to steptest.in, we do not guarantee this. THG PPL shall not accept any responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.

This agreement shall be governed by the Indian Law.

The Courts in Chennai in India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of other courts and applicable law will be Indian Law.

Any results or reports that you see are preliminary. While we have made every possible effort to ensure the accuracy of these results, we are not responsible for any errors that may still be in the system at this stage.

THG Publishing Private Limited (THG PPL). has the right to retain, modify, reproduce, and publish the contents of any submission (answers) you provide in the course of taking the test.
